The Release of an Enhanced Version of the Uninterrupted Power Supply System for Offshore Rigs
Ametek Solidstate Controls, maker of the custom
uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system, has released a new enhanced version of the SlimLine product line. The aim is to meet the demands of the offshore drilling
platform for the volume of UPS. The enhanced cabinets are small, and it can be compatible
with a wide range of other product lines. The enhanced UPS will be able to operate more efficiently and
minimize the size of the device on a valuable drilling platform in space. The SlimLine
product can provide continuous, clean, and stable electricity, just like the
larger Ametek devices.
